Application Form for Free School Meals

Please complete this form regardless of whether you want your child to have school lunches or packed lunches.

Important: Since September 2014, all children in Reception, Years 1 and 2 have been able to enjoy school meals for free. This initiative is called Universal Free School Meals and should not be confused with the extra support that Free School Meals could provide.

During this current period of school closure eligible families are receiving food vouchers of £15 per pupil per week, thank you for taking the time to apply today.

If you are in receipt of certain benefits, or would like to receive free milk for your infant-aged children, you must still register for free school meals.
For every child that registers for free school meals, schools receive valuable "Pupil Premium" funding from the Government which in turn helps to increase resources in School. Even if your child chooses not to eat school meals, we would still encourage you to register.

Please ensure all sections of this form are completed. This information is required to check your eligibility for Free School Meals. Missing information may lead to delays in processing your application. This is also important to ensure the school receives the correct funding for your child. If you do not receive any of the following benefits your child will still receive free school meals up until year 2.
