End of Term Arrangements 2025/2026
As normal, the last day of term (Friday 17th July) is a half day. Please make note of the timings for end of day:
End of day for Reception: soft end 1.00pm to 1.10pm
End of day for KS1: soft end 1.10pm to 1.20pm
End of day for KS2- 1.20pm
End of day for Secondary Phase – 1.30pm
If your child uses the New Bharat coach service, it will depart just after 1.30pm.
Aftercare:
Session 1 – Aftercare from 1.20pm to 3.00pm
Session 2 – Aftercare from 1.20pm to 4.00pm
There are no clubs on this day and therefore the aftercare after a club option is not bookable.

We want to take this opportunity to remind parents that taking unauthorised leave during term time has a significant impact on children’s progress and causes disruption for their teacher and class. Unauthorised leave will result in a referral to the local authority who may issue parents with a fine.
